This project investigates the aesthetic spectrum between the clinical and the grotesque, understood not as a linear progression between two opposing poles but as a constellation system in which elements combine and reconfigure to generate new visual and symbolic readings. Through the design of garments, it proposes exploring the limits, tensions, and possible hybridizations between the refined and the excessive, the intimate and the visceral, the accepted and the unsettling.

The proposal positions itself as an aesthetic provocation that questions traditional parameters of beauty and repulsion, aiming to produce pieces that strain these extremes by employing techniques, textures, and silhouettes that invite a sensory reevaluation. Visual metaphors—such as a Baroque chapel draped in sheets—are used to set up scenarios where the grotesque can become subtle and the clinical acquire an unexpectedly dramatic charge.

Thus, this project does not simply traverse between whites and blacks but constructs its own language through mixtures and contrasts, with each garment acting as a node in a broader aesthetic and conceptual constellation.
